Coincraft account deletion policy

Coincraft currently includes a direct Delete Account action in the profile area of the app.

To use it, open your profile, choose Delete Account, review the warning, and confirm the deletion request. The app describes this action as permanent and not reversible.

When the in-app deletion flow is completed, Coincraft removes the user profile record tied to the account and deletes account access from the current authentication flow.

After deletion, the user should no longer be able to sign in with the deleted account or continue using associated in-app progression.

Certain operational or security records may remain for a limited period when retention is required for legal, fraud-prevention, abuse-review, backup, or platform-integrity reasons.

Residual technical logs or cached records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes.

If you cannot log in or reach the in-app deletion flow, you can request help by emailing coincraftapp@gmail.com.

Include enough account information for verification, such as the email address used to register, so Coincraft can review the request safely.
